So if anyone is as big a fan of Sex and the City as I am, they will immediately get the reference to “the naked dress.” It’s the dress that started it all - Carrie wore it to her bus wrap photo shoot and most importantly, of course, to her first date with Mr. Big.

It’s really not even as much about the color as the state of being in a dress like this one. It simply changes your attitude, your confidence. This is definitely my version of Carrie’s dress.

It totally looks like I’m looking up my own skirt in the second photo, and I’m leaving it that way. Haha!! 

Mixing prints is so much fun. There really is no set rule for it, but I think for it to work, one quiet + one loud print style make for a good combo. In my opinion, floral and stripes are actually quite perfect together. Add a pop of color and ta-da! You are comfy, but sassy, and good to go.

And these loafers from Loly In The Sky are just too fun. I saw the “Oh” and read it in a dry, sarcastic voice, perfect for me. ;)
